12 months warranty (FOR REPAIRS) for refrigeration sealed system, for replaced parts (such as relay, fans, motors, capacitors, in refrigerators, freezers, AC-units, heat-pumps, coolers, commercial equipment) is a part of our warranty for HVAC services.
Manufacturer Equipment Warranty
10 to 12-year warranty for Carrier, Daikin, and Mitsubishi HVAC systems only (furnace, A/C condenser, heat pumps, mini splits, VRF), unless another warranty on equipment is mentioned in a specific estimate (check out an item’s description). This is another important type of warranty for HVAC services.
The manufacturer may refuse warranty repair in case the recommended operating and maintenance conditions were not followed, including regular maintenance, and service was provided by a company who is NOT a factory-authorized, HVAC-licensed contractor during the entire operational period of the equipment. Installation warranty cannot exceed the manufacturer’s warranty. Therefore, understanding the warranty for HVAC services can help you avoid unexpected expenses.
