Every mini-split installation starts with a technician visit to evaluate the rooms or zones you want to condition, wall and ceiling construction, electrical panel capacity, and optimal placement for indoor and outdoor units. System Recommendation
We recommend the right configuration — single-zone for one room or multi-zone for whole-home coverage. We work with Mitsubishi, Daikin, LG, Trane, and Carrier, and will advise on SEER2 and HSPF2 ratings that deliver real savings in the Pacific Northwest climate.
Professional Installation
On mini-split installation day, our crew installs the indoor air handler(s), mounts the outdoor condenser, runs refrigerant lines and electrical connections, and seals all wall penetrations cleanly. We commission the system and verify refrigerant charge before leaving.
Post-Install Walkthrough
We walk you through remote control or app setup, filter cleaning schedule, and what normal operation looks and sounds like. Warranty documentation is provided on the same day.
