Fuse Service: Heating & Air Conditioning is a local HVAC company in Seattle. We opened in 2022 and now work out of three locations, in Seattle, Bellevue, and Kirkland, covering King and Snohomish counties.
We started Fuse because homeowners here kept telling us the same story. They waited days for a visit, the technician showed up without the part, and the price changed after the work was done. We built the company to work the other way.
How We Work
Most repair calls get a same-day visit. You can call or book online any time, and our technicians are on the road from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week.
Our vans carry the common parts, and we keep a warehouse of equipment for the most common home sizes. That’s why most repairs don’t need a second visit.
You get a written price before we start. The service call is $95 for homes and $145 for commercial buildings, and we waive it when you go ahead with the repair. For bigger projects, 0% APR financing for 24 months is available through Wisetack.
What We Do
We repair and install heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductless mini-splits. That covers furnace repair, furnace replacement, heat pump repair, heat pump installation, mini-split repair, mini-split installation, AC repair, AC installation, and AC replacement. We also handle commercial HVAC and rooftop unit replacement, and we work with property managers across their whole portfolio.
Our technicians see the same problems every week: a heat pump blowing cold air, a furnace that won’t turn on, a mini-split that stopped cooling. Most of the time we find the cause on the first visit. We also handle ductwork, thermostat installation and thermostat repair.
Brands, Warranty and Licenses
We install all major brands, including Mitsubishi Electric, Trane, American Standard, RunTru, Daikin, Lennox, Carrier, Bryant, and Goodman. We’re also a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor. See the brands we install.
Every new installation comes with a 3-year labor warranty from Fuse Service and a manufacturer parts warranty of up to 12 years. If you want labor covered longer, Fuse Care adds 5 or 10 years as an optional paid upgrade. Warranty details.
