Jong Hyuk Yoon30 days agoAndy did meticulous and fantastic jobs in my house. He fixed two furnace, which is a difficult job to do as the space is very tight. But he worked 3 hours in a row and finished it beautifully. He is a great and very trustworthy man!!!

Jimmy Chuang48 days agoFuse Energy and the technician Andy save my life! I’m in a condo and my HVAC has been having issues of not able to cool for more than 6 months. I had hired two other companies before and neither had fixed. However Fuse Energy was able to diagnosed throughly, order the parts and repaired the issue! They are professionals, clean, shows up on time, and mostly actually fix the issue. 100% recommended!

Susa54 days agoWe are beyond impressed with Fuse! Fuse has a professional team with high integrity. The communication was excellent. The install bid was competitive. The technicians were amazingly skilled. The work was organized and efficient, respecting our time and our tenant’s time. They were able to find solutions for issues encountered for our historical commercial building that had decades old systems that needed replacing. We have worked with many other large and small hvac companies and finally found Fuse, a company that we will trust with for all our hvac needs. As a bonus, Fuse also helped us resolved a frustratingly ongoing issue at another property with just 1 visit. So, we highly recommend the team at Fuse! Eric Zou137 days agoI would higly recommand Fuse Service! I have them replace and install heat pump, furnace, and water heater for my home. Their price is very good compared with other service provider. And the work quality is great! Alex came and installed all parts for me in two days. And he helped setup all stuff and answered my so many questions. Their office is also very responsive, usually respind to my messages and so many questions in a few hours. All good experiences!

Ja La171 days agoWhen my thermostat was not displaying any information, I thought it just quit working and needed to be replaced. Fuse Service came out and found that some wires in the furnace needed to be replaced and not the thermostat which worked fine after the furnace wire fix. The techs Andy and Alex were thorough and efficient. They made sure that I understood what was the situation and answered all my questions. I felt respected as I customer which I very much appreciated. And YES I would very much recommend this company. Thanks so much!

D Brown178 days agoI had an excellent experience with this company. My furnace broke the day I was leaving town and Fuse was able to give me a very reasonable bid immediately. The communication was great, all questions answered immediately even late in the evening. No fuss, no problems and a new furnace in a couple of days. Works great, no issues, no drama. Highly recommend this group.

Rosemary Kelly195 days agoWe were very happy with the work Fuse did for us. They helped us think through our heating system, and the most feasible and economical way to replace our old boiler unit (which was to install a new boiler, and keep much of the system the same). Their communication and work was excellent, and they finished the project quickly. They registered the product and also came for 2 follow-up visits to make sure the heating system was working properly. We would definately recommend them.

Charudatta Katdare225 days agoFuse service was very professional throughout the whole process from scheduling the appointment after I reached out, till the installation was complete. Andy did the initial analysis and he was able to identify the issue and provide multiple solutions. After determining that new furnace was the best approach, received an affordable quote promptly and scheduled installation the same day. Gary did the installation in a professional way and navigated through tricky old wiring expertly. Once the installation was finished he tested everything and cleaned up well before leaving.

These guys came with new parts and charged a very reasonable amount for labor. Before them most service providers were quoting 1.5k easily, and these guys did the same job under $600. Will use them again for other repairs. 1000% recommend their service :)))+2

Andrew came to our home so fast and gave us a fair quote and clearly explained what went wrong (the inducer had failed). He ordered the parts and got everything fixed quickly. Min Zhu271 days agoAbsolutely exceptional experience working with Fuse Service, whose team is professional, punctual, friendly, reasonably priced, and super efficient. We had a furnace failure on Friday afternoon, and Fuse worked around the clock to coordinate with us and completed a new installation by Monday afternoon. This speed of resolution relieved a lot of stress and was a lifesaver in such cold weather. I would love to do more business with them in the future!+0

I had a fantastic experience with this group. Firstly, they were very, very thorough when they came over to take a look at my furnace to setup my heat pump and AC. They went through every single vent in the house, inspected every single nook and cranny to determine what would be needed, including the furnace itself. Secondly, they were very patient in revising their estimates several times after every unnecessary question that I asked them with requests for revisions. Thirdly, they came over exactly at the time specified, got to work right away, were very friendly, and didn't ask for anything. They spent a full day, working tirelessly, got the job done, tested it thoroughly, and left only after completing all checks. Their price was very competitive too. All in all a fantastic experience. Their price is very good compared with other service provider. And the work quality is great! Alex came and installed all parts for me in two days. And he helped setup all stuff and answered my so many questions. Their office is also very responsive, usually respind to my messages and so many questions in a few hours. I had an issue with the hvac unit in my apartment (no hot/cold air). They were very timely in getting the diagnostic scheduled and the person who performed the diagnostic was friendly, professional, and found the issue. He said the office would be able to give me quotes for the two options of repairing the unit or replacing it, and that if I proceeded with either option the cost would be discounted by the amount I paid for the diagnostic, which sounded great. This was 2 weeks ago. I have asked for updates a couple of times and they have been very unresponsive. Still no quotes. Update: I received the quote. The delay was due to the setup in my apartment being uncommon, but more visibility during the waiting period would have been appreciated. I am changing the review to 4 stars.Posted on Yelp

After a bad experience with another company called "Appliance Mechanics" that came up from my basement carrying a CODE READER to tell me I needed a new drain pump on a 3 year old Maytag washer, I had FUSE SERVICE come out to actually use TOOLS to determine the problem. Highly Recommended. No shortcuts, not overpriced. It could but as he pointed out, repair would cost 3 times the cost of replacement since it was an antique. He gave us some good advice and was helpful and professional. Brian P.260 days agoOur furnace was squealing like it was losing a bearing. Fuse was able to come out the same day and take a look. The technician identified a failing draft inducer assembly and within a minute I had a digital quote sent to me with a breakdown of the fix cost. I electronically approved the work and the tech was able to verify they had the part in their warehouse and he could come back with it and install it later the same day. So the repair was fast, I don't think I paid too much, and, and the billing and estimate process was exceptionally pain free.
