Safe Decommissioning & Removal
We recover the refrigerant from the old system to EPA standards, disconnect the indoor and outdoor units, and haul the old equipment away for recycling.
Precision Installation
During the mini-split replacement we mount the new indoor air handler(s), install the outdoor condenser unit on a level pad or wall bracket, run new refrigerant line sets and communication wiring, and make all electrical connections to code. Proper line set sizing and flare fittings ensure a leak-free system.
System Commissioning & Walkthrough
After the mini-split replacement, we charge the system with the correct refrigerant amount, verify operating pressures, test all zones for proper airflow and temperature control, and program your remote or smart thermostat. We walk you through operation, filters, and maintenance best practices.

Your System is 10–15+ Years Old
The average mini-split lasts 15–20 years with proper maintenance. Beyond 10–12 years, efficiency degrades and replacement parts become scarce.

R-22 Refrigerant System
Mini-splits manufactured before 2010 may use R-22 (Freon), which is no longer produced and extremely expensive to source. Replacing it with a current R-32 or R-454B system eliminates that cost.
