He fixed two furnace, which is a difficult job to do as the space is very tight. But he worked 3 hours in a row and finished it beautifully. He is a great and very trustworthy man!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fuse Energy and the technician Andy save my life! I’m in a condo and my HVAC has been having issues of not able to cool for more than 6 months. I had hired two other companies before and neither had fixed. However Fuse Energy was able to diagnosed throughly, order the parts and repaired the issue! They are professionals, clean, shows up on time, and mostly actually fix the issue. 100% recommended!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are beyond impressed with Fuse! Fuse has a professional team with high integrity. The communication was excellent. The install bid was competitive. The technicians were amazingly skilled. The work was organized and efficient, respecting our time and our tenant’s time. They were able to find solutions for issues encountered for our historical commercial building that had decades old systems that needed replacing.
We have worked with many other large and small hvac companies and finally found Fuse, a company that we will trust with for all our hvac needs. As a bonus, Fuse also helped us resolved a frustratingly ongoing issue at another property with just 1 visit. So, we highly recommend the team at Fuse!

Many thanks to the technicians Niko, Gary, Alexandr, permitting and engineering teams!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fuse HVAC team is very responsive when I first made my inquiry. They quickly sent technician Andy to inspect and find out the issue. The very next day, Andy came with the parts and resolved the issue in two hours. Very easy to communicate with them and would highly recommend their service to friends and neighbors!

Verified I had a fantastic experience with this group.

Firstly, they were very, very thorough when they came over to take a look at my furnace to setup my heat pump and AC. They went through every single vent in the house, inspected every single nook and cranny to determine what would be needed, including the furnace itself.

Secondly, they were very patient in revising their estimates several times after every unnecessary question that I asked them with requests for revisions.

Thirdly, they came over exactly at the time specified, got to work right away, were very friendly, and didn't ask for anything. They spent a full day, working tirelessly, got the job done, tested it thoroughly, and left only after completing all checks.

Their price was very competitive too.

All in all a fantastic experience. Highly recommend this crew.

Verified I would higly recommand Fuse Service! I have them replace and install heat pump, furnace, and water heater for my home. Their price is very good compared with other service provider. And the work quality is great!

Alex came and installed all parts for me in two days. And he helped setup all stuff and answered my so many questions.

Their office is also very responsive, usually respind to my messages and so many questions in a few hours.

All good experiences!

Verified I had an issue with the hvac unit in my apartment (no hot/cold air). They were very timely in getting the diagnostic scheduled and the person who performed the diagnostic was friendly, professional, and found the issue. He said the office would be able to give me quotes for the two options of repairing the unit or replacing it, and that if I proceeded with either option the cost would be discounted by the amount I paid for the diagnostic, which sounded great. This was 2 weeks ago. I have asked for updates a couple of times and they have been very unresponsive. Still no quotes.

Update: I received the quote. The delay was due to the setup in my apartment being uncommon, but more visibility during the waiting period would have been appreciated. I am changing the review to 4 stars.

Verified I used this company a few months back and finally found the Yelp page to Review. GREAT COMPANY!!! After a bad experience with another company called "Appliance Mechanics" that came up from my basement carrying a CODE READER to tell me I needed a new drain pump on a 3 year old Maytag washer, I had FUSE SERVICE come out to actually use TOOLS to determine the problem. Highly Recommended. No shortcuts, not overpriced. Thanks again!!!

Verified Alex came out to see if our cooktop could be repaired. It could but as he pointed out, repair would cost 3 times the cost of replacement since it was an antique. He gave us some good advice and was helpful and professional. Definitely recommend Fuse Services.

Verified Our furnace was squealing like it was losing a bearing. Fuse was able to come out the same day and take a look. The technician identified a failing draft inducer assembly and within a minute I had a digital quote sent to me with a breakdown of the fix cost. I electronically approved the work and the tech was able to verify they had the part in their warehouse and he could come back with it and install it later the same day. So the repair was fast, I don't think I paid too much, and, and the billing and estimate process was exceptionally pain free. What's not to like?

Verified Had a few companies out for bids for new furnace and to add ac. Fuse by far the most efficient, helpful and responsive. The install was done in one day. Cleaned up from the install. Coordinated city permits and made sure everything was done right. Price was very fair. Would highly recommend.
